Andy Hrycko began his wireless career with Motorola in 1976. He worked in Land Mobile Sales and Sales Management while going to night school at the University of Pittsburgh . After graduating with an Information Science Degree, Motorola promoted him to Telecommunications Sales Engineer. In 1990 the trend was Cellular and he sold towers and tower services for 5 years. He worked for LeBLANC L & R Communications and Stainless, Inc. He continued in Cellular/PCS for 8 years with Andrew Corporation selling Transmission Line, Antennas and In-Building systems. In 2003 he joined All American Associates where he uses his experience in both Land Mobile and Cellular/PCS to provide customer service. Andy lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife Joanne.

Jeff Hohman began his tenure with All American Associates in June of 1997 after finishing a three year term of service with the United States Army. He quickly demonstrated the skills necessary to be successful while working as an Inside Sales representative. In early 1999 Jeff accepted the position of outside Account Manager for the MD-DC-DE territory. He has been recognized several times by the manufacturers he represents, including "Salesman of the Year" for Multiplier Industries in 1999. Jeff and his family reside in Westminster , MD and when not working or watching his two children he enjoys golfing, football, and motorcycling.

Scott Titanish began his career in communications with Bell Atlantic in 1996 after attending James Madison University . He worked on both wireline and wireless communications for three years before leaving Bell Atlantic to join the All American Associates team in 1999. He has managed the Richmond and Tidewater territory since 1999 and in 2004 assumed responsibility for Northern Virginia accounts as well. Scott and his family reside in Richmond , Virginia where he enjoys disc golf, golf, skiing, hunting, fishing and playing with his new son.

Carroll Williams has worked in wireless communications for twenty one years. His industry career began in 1985 as an account manager for Motorola's Fortune 500 sales group. In 1994 he joined the staff of All American Associates which he subsequently purchased in 1998. The staff of four representatives today combines a blend of skilled energetic 'young guys' with a couple of 'seasoned pros' resulting in several Manufacturer's Representative of the Year awards for the firm. Carroll and his wife Marianne live in the Blue Ridge countryside.
